Shipping Policy

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! All other orders can select standard (3-5 business days) or express (2-3 business days) shipping at checkout.

While each shipping carrier is reliable, delays can occur, and we do not have the ability to speed up shipments. Please select your shipping method carefully. 

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following business day. 

If you believe your package is missing in transit, please note, we can not file a claim until 14 business days have passed. Contact us at shoplakeandlinen@gmail.com and we will do the best we can to assist you. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Meaning, if your tracking says “delivered” and you do not have your package, you will need to submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please message us after you check your local post office. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed report. 

Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be issued store credit for the order amount less any shipping fees.

For Local Pick Ups

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. While most orders can be expected to be fulfilled within 12-24 hours, we do not make any promises.  Should you need an item immediately, please email us to confirm your pickup option before purchasing. We will try our best to be accommodating!

All local pick up orders can be found in a storage bin under the black bench. Inside, you will find your package with the correct name and order number attached. Please close the storage bin when you are done. We do have security cameras and will be made aware if you pick up someone else's order or cause damage to the storage bin.
