Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small business and shopping Lake + Linen!

Want to make a return? No problem! Please read these guidelines to see if your order qualifies for a return:

 

Only unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a STORE CREDIT. All shipping returns must be initiated through our returns portal. We will provide you with a return label for an $8 fee which will be deducted from your store credit. If you’d prefer to drop off your return in Madisonville, please email shoplakeandlinen@gmail.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be fully processed. Store credit cannot be applied to a future order until then. 

 

All L+L merch (t-shirts, mugs, hats), accessories, jewelry, shoes, and sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Holiday apparel can not be returned once the holiday has passed.

 

Items returned outside of our return window are subject to refusal or a 20% restocking fee at Lake + Linen’s discretion.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or holds at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to start a return and make a separate purchase for the new item using your issued store credit.

 

Refunds
We only issue store credit, no cash or credit card refunds. Even though your item didn't work, we are consistently getting new merchandise and would love to assist you in finding the perfect item for you! Plus, your store credit never expires!

 

Cancellation Policy
We have a no cancellation policy. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel your order. If you no longer wish to receive your items, reach out to shoplakeandlinen@gmail.com and we will send you a store credit for the items ordered. No exceptions.
